Why researchers switch to Northstar.
Frequently asked questions.
Why are Northstar peptides labeled “Not for human consumption”?
Our peptides are research chemicals intended exclusively for in vitro and in vivo laboratory research. They are not approved for human use by the FDA, and shipping for any other purpose is illegal under US law.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently HPLC tested for identity and purity. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot is available on request and from our COA library.
Do you provide dosing or medical guidance?
No. We are a research supply company. We do not provide medical, dosing, or therapeutic advice. Always consult with a licensed medical professional before any application of these compounds.
Why does the peptide powder in the vial appear clumpy or yellowish?
This is normal. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides can appear as a clumped pellet, fluffy powder, or even partial film. Color may range from pure white to slightly off-white depending on the peptide. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and the product will dissolve clearly.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized vials should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store in the refrigerator at 2-8°C and use within 30 days.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic US orders ship the same business day if placed before 2pm EST and arrive within 2-3 business days via priority shipping. International shipping is not currently available.
What is your return policy?
Due to the research nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a vial has been opened. Damaged-in-transit shipments are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
